Returning to my theatrical roots I had the immense pleasure and opportunity to be a production assistant on the show Puffs or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years At a Certain School of Magic and Magic. The show went on to be nominated and eventually won acclaim with the Broadway World Salt Lake Region Awards. Though I was not on the production for a very long time, the time that I did have I cherished. Below are the responsibilities I had for my PA run.
Responsibilites:

Coordinate Scheduling

Document Actor attendance

Serve as a point of contact for actors to production

Note taking for rehearsals

Track props

Documenting needed, organizing prop locations, supervising prop creation

Document rehearsal reports

Report to production executives

Assist director in running rehearsals

Be on hand for additional tasks

Sound system coordination
